Will door panels from a 1958 Dodge 4 door hardtop interchange with door panels from a 1958 4 door sedan?
Might not. For 56 the rear door panels for a 4 dr sedan and a 4 dr hardtop were a different shape. Hopefully a 57-58 expert will confirm/deny this difference.

Doesn't look like it...the '58 Dodge 4 door sedan and 4 door hardtop list different door shell part numbers. Doesn't mean that the cardboard panels won't cross between the two, for shape, size and mounting. But the upholstery pattern between them are also different, so the parts book lists them as separate numbers...

The edge of the door where it latches is totally different from top to bottom between the 4-dr HT and the Sedan. If you have good sedan door panels, You might be able to modify the Sedan panels to work possibly. The only way to tell would be to hold it up to the door to see for yourself.
