Location: North Australia | I am looking for a kit for my 60 Imperial, but cant seem to find one? I have seen the old threads, but cant nail down what I need. I want the best type. Sid, do you still sell your heavy duty kits?

Location: northern germany | Hello Steve, Yes, I'm selling the best one. I think I still have some of the parts and could fab one.
The kit in the link is actually of good quality but has the design faults I mentioned in the idler arm thread. Too small (fragile) bearings that are almost impossible to adjust properly (need a lock plate) and that can't be sealed away from road dirt, water and debris. They break easily and collect dirt (wear fast). |

I have the Idler Arm bushing -- the way it was serviced originally for the first fifty years on planet Earth, if that has any value to you.
The original bushing was a RUBBER bushing, a design fault, that adds lots of steering play even when new and was therefore replaced from the factory (July 1960) with the above (in the link) pictured ball bearing bushing, which takes care of the play but has the mentionend disadvantages.
