Got my door handles rechromed on my 58 Imperial. They came back all disassembled. Originally they were rivited together so opinions on how you put yours back together. I thought the obvious and just bolt them back together but I liked the way they were rivited. Opinions on what you did with yours. Pic of my rechromed one and a rivited one FYI

special nuts at hardware that have the nylon in thread so the nut won't back off.
That was going to be my suggestion as well. Can't tell but the choices for the bolt size are 8-32, 10-24 and 1/4"-20. Bolts can be shortened with a Dremel tool and a thin E-Z-Loc cut-off wheel.
Nyloc nuts are easy to find at Home Depot or Lowes. Install them so there is a little play, i.e. go tight and then back-off very slightly.
