I am putting together a long term project and seem to have forgotten the correct orientation of the rear motor mounts. These are the stock rear/bell housing mounts. I purchased new mounts but not sure of exactly how they should be mounted, ie which bushing goes where and how much they should be torqued. I have the original shop manual but there are no references or photos. I have the 270 poly but I believe this style mount was used on many different cars and motors from the era. If someone has a photo or a diagram that would be great! Thanks

That definitely helps, I don’t know why I had such a hard time finding something like that, or even a random picture. It makes sense from what I remember now. Good news I figured out a problem, bad news that I had them installed incorrectly. It will teach me to take better notes next time.

Thanks
