Anyone else think the price is way to high for project 1957 coupe?

Everything looks to be 1958 except for the grille and bumper assembly which is 1957. Upholstery and side trim are all 1958 Custom Royal trim.

Definitely a '58 with the bubble windshield.  Really interesting assortment of '57 stuff on there.  Doesn't look all that bad.  I agree - seems very expensive on the buy it now price.

Looks like he reduced his price to $10K. Pics from Dave.

Aren't Custom Royals supposed to have reflector inserts in the back of the fin?

I think it'll sell for $9.9K. There doesn't seem to be much rusted through, probably a lot of pitting though.

Not for '58. The red reflectors were on '57 only. Spring special trim had webbing inserts there, but is somewhat rare.

I'm thinking the lower two pictures above are '58 models. The side molding does not go all the way to the rear of the car like the '57s did with the name plates on the front fenders and not on the quarter panels.

The side trim does go all the way back on certain 58's It depends on the paint schemes....I have 2, 58 Custom Royal 2dr hts with both types of trim

The bottom red reflectors on the '58 were added by the owner. I have never seen them on other cars after '57.
