Along with front end parts, ball joints all tie rods center link idler arm, pitman arm and rear leaf springs. They are similar enough that you can make them work. Get new leaf springs from a local spring shop or Springs 'n' Things, or Eaton Detroit Springs. Front end parts from Ebay, Rockauto or mobilparts on this site.
