I think that the parts you seek are 1409 763 and 1610 972 (see below). I didn't get any good hits via Google, or Mopar Mall or Hilltop so I think you might have to go used from Big M or French Lake Auto Parts or?
Otherwise, you might have to get creative and use aftermarket heim joints to create the link that you need.

So that reads that Plymouth is different then Dodge ? And therefore the ones that are out of my '56 PLODGE (Canadian) 3 speed V 8 will not work?
Probably can't find them anyway.

Brewer's Performance repops many of the sixties clutch adjuster kits. Some are adaptable to the older cars. Also, Dodge trucks
used very similar parts for many years, check with your local salvage yards.
