In order to correctly resurface the valve stem contact pads, it has to be done so that the degree of arc and parallelism are maintained; kinda hard to do freehand by eyeball.

couldn't you find new ones? low mileage?
The places like Rock Auto and Napa that show they have them don't appear to be the correct one's for a 325 cuin. Poly engine.
I didn't post here looking for good used ones or contact Big "M" because I haven't been able to get to looking at all of them closely and getting an accurate count of what I need.

I found a machine shop that has the correct fixture to hold the rocker arms in the correct position, as stated in 57 Chizlers post above. I only had two that showed wear but let them touch up all of them.
They also cleaned and polished the shafts, sized the rocker arms. What was difficult to remove the rocker arms off the shafts is now sliding on perfect.
The cost for both shafts and 16 rocker arms done was $216.00.

When I was younger working on the bench in a Chrysler dealership, there was a specific grinder in the tool room for resurfacing rocker arms. Maybe there is still one around.
