Location: California | Man,I sure hope someone saves it. I love the colors on this one. It looks similar to Plymouth’s “meadow green” when it fades. Is this a “spring special” though, like the header says?

Location: The Mile High City | Unique placement of the Custom Royal script. The sedans had the badge on the front fender. When you add in the Spring Special, I guess the script went up on the fin! This one was for sale about the same time last year on craigslist for $2000.

Didn’t spring specials also have a special badge on the grille and “sculpted crowns of gleaming chrome” behind the fins? This car doesn’t have either of those. |

Location: California | Spring specials also only came in three colors. Guess this must be “frosted turquoise” |

Location: So. Cal | All of those spring special parts were optional. So it is common to see cars with only partial spring special elements on it. |

Thanks for the info Powerflite, the ad didn’t say anything about those accents being optional so I naturally assumed they were a part of the Spring Special package. So what did the Spring Special come with as standard and what was optional? |
