And you need a sink in your man cave/garage.
This was done by Del S. who has a 56 Dodge Custom Royal Lancer that he is working on. (Nice car). Pretty clever "pedestal" sink in my mind.
He says the case was from a 727. I asked for details about the lower taps and he said "The taps on the bottom are just in case I want to connect a garden hose, hot/cold. And also to drain line in the fall."
Looking good there Del.

That's because you live on a beautiful abode and this would clash in her mind. Now, if you built a 2-1/2 car garage out back, (if you have the room and the H.O.A is O.K. with it) you could do what ever you want. Marc in Newark. |

The creator of the 727 sink has a beautiful 2 story cottage (house) on a private lot, on a lake, and the sink in question is in his 2 story garage (4 post lift in the bottom), small guest apartment upstairs. I should be so lucky.

Location: So. Cal | If the HOA isn't OK with it, tell them where they can stick their notice and move somewhere else without a gestapo questioning your every move. Why any American would pay someone to take their freedoms away is beyond my comprehension. Give me freedom or give me death! That was a good philosophy.

| I tried to get in the house but, you are correct, not going to happen.
Take a look at my thread on Roof Rail Weatherstrip. I need some ideas.
