Location: California | Are these reproductions? Maybe it’s an optical illusion,but the points on the casting with the two boomerangs don’t appear to be formed the same and don’t come to sharp points at the ends like the factory ones on this car do.
Here’s a thread with a photo of a factory fuel injection emblem. The piece with the two boomerangs that sits behind the fuel injection lettering isn’t flat on front like the emblem on eBay appears to be. The casting of the factory piece on the DeSoto is three dimensional and tapers sharply outward and comes to finer points at the tips.
