I would say acetone, but it may hurt the rubber. Maybe you can scrub it off with a scotchbrite pad. Probably going to have to live with it or replace it.

I've had good luck with removing overspray with Goof Off. Put a generous amount (damp but not dripping) on a paper towel/rag and gently rub the weatherstripping in the area of the over spray. But be careful. It will also remove paint if you are careless or apply too much.
