| Does anyone grind a 300 57/58 392 solid lifter cam+lifters or something close to stock? |

Location: Ohio | Check with Hotheads they are one of the best for early hemi parts as well as technical information.
There are definitely a lot of new / replacement / aftermarket parts available for the 392 hemi engines compared to the other displacement Gen 1 hemi engines. If you can’t find what you want off the shelf there are many other places that will make custom pistons, cams, cranks etc. I have a long list of many of the aftermarket suppliers that specialize in early hemis if needed.

Location: NorCal | I can't testify to the accuracy of this info but the chart below might be used for comparison. The chart shows the duration at zero lift and most modern cams show the duration at .050" lift.

Location: So. Cal | There's a big difference in lift numbers from back then and now. If you are going to grind a custom cam, I would increase those lift numbers over what they were originally.
Why are there two different duration numbers listed? All of them show the same number except on '55-'57. |
