This might be so obvious that I feel like a dummy asking but..........
I need to remove this long side trim from the front seat bottom on my '56 Plymouth. I have removed the adjusting knob and one visible screw in the back but can't find any other fasteners; even looked under the seat with a mirror. Anybody have a clue how to remove it?

I had already tried that but it wouldn't budge, wound up having to use a pry bar to get it loose. Thanks for verifying the procedure.
Hmmm.....no pry bars should have been needed (in my mind). I assumed that pulling the seat bottom up would reveal the various screws that are holding the large trim piece to the seat frame.

If I remember right, there are 4 screws. One in the front and one on the side that are only accessible after removing the cushion. And there are 2 in the back as well.
