I am in need of an engine side heater box for a '56 Plymouth that isn't cracked up. Standard heater, not A/C or anything special.
Dodge is probably the same and '55 might be too, I'm not sure.

I think the PN is 1605 276 common to MODEL 700, MODEL 701. MODEL 702 and MODEL 704 heater systems. I think it is the same for 55 and 56 Dodges and Plymouths (and maybe all 55/56 Mopars, except Imperials)

Measure the length and post.

This is why I suggested that you check the length and post what you find. It would open up more possibilities to you if 55/56 Dodges, Desotos and Chryslers also work.

Just measured my 56 Dodge Custom Royal's engine bay heater box at about 34.75" (+/-)
