I have a question about 1961 plymouth hood hinge springs. The hinges are usually painted body color when new. I have two sets of hinges, (one set white and one set red), with medium green springs, both obviously OEM. Photos of original hinges I have seen look to have springs of a different color than the hinges although I can't determine the color. Can anyone here shed some light on this?
