Location: Victoria, BC, on Vancouver Island, Canada | I am running this ad for an acquaintance. I have not personally seen the car. It's a Canadian built 1962 Chrysler Windsor, model SC-1-L equivalent to the US Built Newport. Typically the Canadian Windsor had more standard features than the Newport, plus nicer upholstery. And, YES, the 1961 Dodge wheel covers on this car are stock equipment on the 62 Canadian Windsor.
