I didn't know about this book until today. I found out that I can buy one from Hot (hemi) heads. However, in the meantime, I am hoping that someone with the book already can tell me the model of the Carter WCFB carburetor that was used on the 1954 Dodge Indy cars (the real one(s) and the 701 odd factory clones) with the Offenhauser aluminum 4 bbl intake.

I don't want to guess and I don't have 1954 Parts catalogue (which might or might not have it).

The real bottomline question is "What model Carter WCFB was used on the 1954 Dodge Indy pace car"?

Thanks very much Chuck. I hope that was cut and paste from something because otherwise that was a lot of typing.

It was the last line that I needed with the 2191.

"1954 8 241 D-53 Royal Carter WCFB 2191 1613060 163"

Thanks very much.

You'll see why I needed/wanted that number later today (I hope)
