Location: Frederick, MD | This was sold to me as NOS. It's obvious from its appearance that the seller lied to me. However, I've found that a point file gets them back in working condition. I've never used nor installed this one so I can't vouch for it. So, if you need one, $10 to cover my time to go to post office plus postage from 21702.
