Location: So. Cal		The 405 doesn't look like that anymore. Everyone would be going 2mph most of the time with occasional bursts of recklessness. Why were all the cars sitting parked in the middle of the street, on both sides of it starting at 2:15? Oddest thing I've ever seen on a street.

That makes more sense. Maybe those cars are staged there and set to go once the filming begins.
