Hi,
Would anyone one know of a source for the large retaining springs (not sure of the proper names) in the emergency brake drum of a CAST IRON TOQUEFLITE?
Thanks in advance for any help.

Yes both the grease shield spring and the brake shoe return spring. I don't know how but they came loose and got destroyed inside the drum. Thank you for posting the pics.

Is that back plate bolted somewhere?
In my car that whole plate with shoes moves inside of drum.
Everything seems to work, but noise is awful.
I have service manual, but i don't understand what keeps it in place.
Can it be only with spacer and spring?

That little spring in the center is the one that holds it onto the tail of the transmission. If you are missing parts, I suggest that you contact BigM Auto for good used ones. But take yours apart first to see if you need any more parts due to damage etc., so you are only paying for shipping once.
