Location: Davenport, FL | Full disclosure, I am not a Forward Look guy, but I am a lifelong Mopar guy! I am building a 56 Dodge flathead six and would like to find a stock 2bbl intake for it. It's going into my 46 WC Dodge pickup. Any help greatly appreciated. Email me at olddaddy@rustyhope.com. |

My 1958 Dodge Coronet came with a 2brl. carb.
FSM has the carb. rebuilding procedure just like the 4brl.
My 1957 service manual shows the same rebuilding procedure so I know they were installed at least in 57' and 58' on Dodges. |

As usual, the casting number (1632 462 in this case), is NOT the part number.
From the 55-58 Parts book:
"9-48-7 Manifold, Intake
P28 w/Power Package, D72 except Taxi, LDl except Taxi, 6 cyl, .....PN 1671 780"

I simply posted the pictures I did in response to the post above mine.

I posted the PNs mostly to show that there was a 6 cylinder "Power Pack". Probably a 2 bbl
