1958 Chrysler pedal linkage adjustment

I have a problem locating the "rotating adjustment screw" in the pedal linkage. Does anyone have a picture of this screw, it would help me a lot! Thanks! The symptoms are slow pressure release, and pulsing pedal. The main problem is that right side front drum, it drags even when he shoes are adjusted very far. I belive the pressure wont release the shoes after the pedel has been pushed. All the brake stuff is new (but not sure if poor quality..). Thanks! Sometimes the master cylinder piston can be pressed in a bit although you feel a "false" free play .
