1960 dodge dart 5,13 Lt (313 cui) / V8: does the engine has a "flat tapped" camshaft or not ?

Location: Branson, MO | Flat tappet I believe is all the factory produced. Roller tappets are an after-market performance upgrade. |

Location: So. Cal | If you mean solid lifters or hydraulic, it should be solid. But yeah, all cams were flat tappet until around 1985. |

Location: Alaska | Not exactly correct Nathan. The 59 Dodge with the 326 used hydraulic lifters. Since this was a one year only engine, not sure any other poly A engine used them.
You are correct that roller lifters were not used until 85.
