Hi folks.
I currently have a 1/2 - 10 screw in my 1960 313cui. But I don't find such an oil drain plug in any shop. Can I screw in a 1/2 - 20 without any problems?

NO. If you do, you'll cross-thread it resulting in leaks, as well as difficulty removing it in the future. You need to verify the diameter and pitch before proceeding. 10mm?? Chrysler Corp did not use metric anything back then.

I have to apologize to you guys. I misinterpreted the screw designation completely. You are absolutely right. I need a 1 / 2-20 screw approx. 10 mm long and you can find one in every shop. Sorry again.
