Subject: Wipers only have one speed with no park position

On a 59 Dodge custom Royal I have a two-speed variable wiper switch that is not working correctly.   It only has low speed with no Park, so what would be bad?  the  switch or the wiper motor?

Location: Southern Sweden - Sturkö island		Yes, to both. Try to check if the switch and/or the motor lost good ground. Test with a jumper cable.
