No sweat. They were too expensive anyway. I would make my own out of stainless & polish before spending that kind of dough. I need 3 more sets of them, and it looks like that's what I'm going to end up doing.

Do you have a picture of thiese mounted on a car?
That would be an interesting project Nathan...I think I would make them of pretty heavy gauge stainless so there would be some grinding margins.

Right, heavy material like the originals. I had been working out a plan to get it done. They are a complicated design so it won't be an easy task, but I'm sure I can do it. Here is a picture of them on my '58 Firedome. The main reason why I haven't done it already is that I don't have room to store a TIG welder, which this would require to keep the color uniform at the joints.
