| I found this car on a property I bought a few months back. I did not even know what a "Coronet" was when I first found this car, but it caught my eye as something that was perhaps worth more than scrap. I posted some pictures and questions on this forum, and thank you very much to those of you who replied with helpful information.
This car is way more of a project than I have the bandwidth to take on, and it might even be a parts car at this point. My investment so far is $250 for a set of wheels and tires. I had fun digging it out, playing with my winch, and doing the research. Based on other listings I have seen, similar cars in this condition go for $1,000, but my motivation here was not financial but rather to save an old car (or at least save some parts).
Location is Arlington, Virginia.

You previously posted about this 56 Coronet and we provided you with information about the car.
In this post:

It looks like a gonner to me. Needs a new frame at least.
Good luck.

| Yes, and thank you! I am reposting here under "For Sale" to see if anybody out there wants this as a parts car or otherwise. The condition of the floors, frame, etc. notwithstanding, it still seems a shame to me to send this away for scrap metal. | |
