Looks like it’s a Canadian-built Windsor (American Newport);
American-built Windsor had not lettering on the front fender, but had a nameplate on the rear quarter panels;
It also has a ’61 Dodge Polara upholstery pattern;
Did the Canadian Windsor use Polara upholstery or that is an incorrect trim?

The Canadian built 1961 Windsor came with the same seat upholstery as the US built 61 Polara. Door panels were the same as 1960 Dodge Matador and 60 Canadian Polara. The Canadian 1961 Windsors were generally more nicely appointed than the US built Newports. The Canadian 1961 Saratoga was equivalent to the US Windsor and carried basically identical upholstery.
I think this ad is a scam ad.

The steering wheel I see in this photo is definitely a Chrysler wheel. I cant see any signal lever.
I think you were looking at the 1961 Polara steering wheel, grey interior with signal lever

| This car was sold for 36K on ebay in September of 2019. I didn't win the bid but was bidding on it. This has serious scam written all over it. Beware. |
