What voltage regulator is good to go with. Of course you know that the generator creates the current and the regulator limits the output (to around 13.9 volts, when properly adjusted). I had issues with my charging system and it turnout to be a problem with the generator and required replacement of the armature. Just sayin' I think that a 57 Dodge used a 1642 333 regulator.
