I was wondering if a 1957 Dodge 4dr Sedan and 1957 Chrysler Windsor 4dr Sedan share the same headliner setup?

It's very doubtful. The Dodge and Plymouth share the same roof, and DeSoto & Chrysler share the same roof.

Or find a fabric and get one made.

The factory procedure for replacement requires removal of the rear glass.

Good luck

Back in the day SMS Autofabrics sent me a sample of a correct headliner material. After a long wait they sent me the headliner but it was done from a wrong material. It was mission impossible to get it corrected to match their sample so that was a dead end. Apart from that sample from SMS I haven't been able to locate correct fabric for the code "55" interior.

Newstalgia parts seem to offer headliner for the 4dr Sedans but they don't have just the correct material but I guess their "Tier Grain Vinyl" would be closest match in tan color.

Has anyone experience with WLS Headliners? They seem to have material called "Sandbeige flatknit (saddle)" which seems to be a close match to original too?
