This will be the club's first time having a convention in the state of Louisiana and Thomas (the convention chairman) has a great itinerary lined up! The full details, including the convention preview article, host hotel, and registration form, can be found at www.desoto.org/events . To participate in club events, including showing a DeSoto, a club membership is required. Other membership benefits include an award-winning bi-monthly magazine, an annual car/member roster for locating parts cars and nearby DeSoto owners, an annual DeSoto calendar, free advertising, access to the club library, the ability to buy club store merchandise, access to tech advisors for each model year, the ability to join a local chapter, and much more. You can easily join at www.desoto.org/membership . For those wishing to only spectate at the (Saturday) car show, that will be free and open to the public. The car show location is TBD at this time and will be posted on the website when it is known.
