Lookey here! Unheard of low miles!

'95 F0rd F-700 18' flat w/ratchet tie downs!

429 5-speed/2-speed rear.

25K ORGINAL miles! Orginal paint! Orginal tires!

Ohio Amish owned/used. kept inside.

Sell the bed, and put on what ever you want! That is what I was going to do. Make a dump truck out of it. But, wifey and middle daughter didn't want to shift all those gears hauling their horsey feces.

I picked up a F-700 dump, with an Allison

What did they use that truck for? Daytons & tubes,w/deluxe cab, stainless mirrors & tank straps, chrome bumper! Musta been something that took up a lotta space but doesnt weigh much like lumber but I dont see rollers on the bed, plastic pipe or siding maybe?

Steve! ALL that chrome and stainless, "I" put on! The Amish don't believe in 'brightwork' There was some sorta spray on plastic film, on the mirrors.

I sent that bumper off ($$$) and had it chromed The stainless flap, and cab skirts, tank straps I made. I went to the F0rd dealer and got the chrome parking light doors.

I got the chrome lug nut/hubcap covers, but keeping them.

I was planning on either making a stainless tubed grille or seeing about having that one chromed, when wife and daughter said they didn't want to drive the truck.

I got it, this Feb, 3 years ago. I had the bed sold, made an appointment out in Ohio, at a dump bed company, they were going to powder coat, install a 9' long 3' high brand new dump bed. for under 5K.

But as i said, wifey and middle duahger didn't want to shift all those gears, So i got a older F-700 Allison 10' dump.

I just kept the Amish truck, you know, 'just in case' because one doesn't run across a truck of that size, with that kind of low mileage, every day.

I need it out of the garage. It takes up too much room!

Those of us who know trucks know what a deal you had at 5k, almost makes you want to do it just for the bargain of it when you think of all that is needed to turn that 200+ in wb chassis into a 9ft dump, with a 429 that joker could be run around with the button up most of the time, haul 6-8 ton of rock up hills and be nice and short for pulling trailers. But I went back to my regular 40hr job after a long layoff and I don't contract no more but it's hard to get it out of you, I have a 2 1/2 ton Dodge and a little 1 ton dump still sitting around taking up too much room and can't bear to part with them cause ya never can tell whats next. Nice metalsmithing on your part Rick.

Jeeze! Those '61-'66 cabs totally rusted away around here! '67-'71's didn't fare much better.

Looks good to see one in that nice of condition!

Steve, If some one would buy the Allison F-700. I would still convert the '95 over to a 9' dump.

The Allison F-700 is a 10' bed. It rises up too high. Catches tree limbs and such

That's what I haul, 5-6 ton of gravel. Wifey and duaghter gets 4 round bales, ties each one in seperately, goes out into the field and dumps each one off where they want it.

Oh well. I listed the truck on here just in case someone wanted to make a NICE rollback/whatever, to haul the FwdLk vehicles.
