There are three plastic pieces between the window crank and the door panel of my '61 Chrysler. I know the order they go on; but not the orientation. The first (outside) one is easy--it fits over the crank and only goes on one way. But the center piece, a disc, could go on either way. The easiest way to say this is that looking at the edges of the piece, it the wider or narrower part of its taper could go towards the outside. On the photo, that's the middle piece: does it look like the one on the top row or the bottom?
The last piece is very thin and it's center hole is indented. Does that indent recess into the door panel or the middle disc.
I thought I tied a set together in proper orientation when I took them apart, but I don't trust the way I did it then.
If I've been clear enough, help me out.
Bob
