Hi,
My name is Steve. I have a 60 Desoto and a 60 Fury Convertible. Thru the warmer months there are lots of show here in NJ.

I've heard about a great show in May or June that is hels somewhere on the North Shore of Long Islan at a Botanical Gardens.
I'heard it was a very good show to attend.
If any of you Long Island forwrds Looker are planning on attending, I'd be interested in making the trip.

Nice rides ! Can't wait for the warm weather myself. Enough is enough already. I took a ride up to the Goodguys show in Rhinebeck last fall. Real nice fairgrounds for a show. highly recommended.

The skirts and the trim are all stainless steel. When I first got the car I thought it would look better without the skirts; but with the short wheelbase I think it looks better with them.

BigBlok Mopar, where in Ny are you?

Speaking of car shows in Ny. There is one every spring at Floyd Bennett Field in Brooklyn, on Flatbush Avenue, just before Rockaway. Unfortunately its rain or shine, and I just try not to drive my cars in the rain. Maybe this year.

About 3600 miles east of NY... The Netherlands, Europe
I ment 'stainless' but I had the word 'chrome' in my head apparently.

Very beautiful car. I do like the white accent forward of the front wheels. My friends have talked me out of doing mine in gold.

The show you are asking about is the Old Westbury Gardens AACA show. It's held on the first Sunday of June. You must pre-register for the show with the Greater NY Region of AACA. I ususally attend the show. Usually about 500 cars on one of the most beautiful settings on Long Island.
