Hey my wifes 59 Thunderbird finally got painted last night. We went with the factory 59 Brandywine color but added a pearl in it
the same with the white top with pearl. Next to be wet sanded, buffed and the chrome put back on. Been in the shop 4 months.
Finally we will get to drive the car again.

Wow, that color is stunning. It'll look even better when it's cut and buffed. Can't wait to see the transformation with the chrome back on it! I bet your wife is eager to have her car back!

Squarebirds are nice cars, indeed and 59's would probably be my year of choice!!! I think 59's had the nicest grille/taillite bezel combination. Good luck with it and be very carefull putting that trim back on!!!!

Great looking car! I like the '59s the best of the three, and that color is SHARP!! I often wonder what one of those would look like with a '57-58 Dodge/Plymouth hardtop roofline.

2 new pics, the guy is putting the chrome and door handles back on. All new rubber seals too.
Pictures arent that good, taken with my crappy cellphone and the car is pretty dusty, it will get
a good wash and wax after she is all put back together. Fender skirts are not on yet.

I like the color too!
The interiors are really slick on these T-Birds,I like how they divide the ****pit, and if I remember correctly the radio speaker is mounted in the center console.
The "Bullet Birds" are very cool too,and you've gotta love that swing away steering wheel.
