Seems like a good deal ....

Location: New Ulm, MN Price: 19,950.00
Very rare (1704 produced) 300-C. This is an original, straight, complete, and rusty letter car. Been stored inside for 25 years. ALL numbers matching including carbs, 392 Hemi, trans, and rear end. Will require complete restoration. Power windows. Nice glass, bumpers, and complete interior as well as a nice set of original hubcaps. Not many of these "beautiful brutes" left in an unrestored condition. Finned fever is alive and well!!!

Well the gasheater is rare on almost any of the cars - not to mention the few that survived, I heard that many cars burned up due to those heaters!

Wannnnnnt this, but the price is way too high for a car that may have a locked up engine. Needs a full restoration as well as significant metal work. Floors and trunk are probably bad if quarters and rockers are rotted out. Projects aren't selling these days, as folks have realized that unless you do most of the work yourself, it'll cost you 50K just to build a driver out of this.

YUP, and this car has a CLASSIC case of salty rust-out.

Used to see cars with this much rust-out, driving around in the Mid West, all-the-time, back in the 60's/70's.

The carbs look to be in considerably better condition than the rest of the car, but, as far as their being "numbers-matching",
at least the rear carb (can't see, on/for the front one) is missing its brass ID tag.

Them carbs look way too clean to have been sitting for years.
Almost as if someone has got the 'ol gal up and running!!
Gas heater for sure has got to be rare.
I've never seen one of 'em up close and personal either.

...and that's why the brass carb tags are missing; the genius who overhauled them forgot to reinstall them, and/or lost them, probably.

But, from the condition of the rubber intermediate fuel line & its hose clamps, that work may have been done
a while ago?

Or not. Maybe the carbs were rebuilt, with the previous owner thinking that is all it would take to get it started. Then he found out the bad news.

If this car ran, or even if the engine was free, I'm sure the current owner would have that in the first sentence.

Looking at the sides of that car you can bet the entire pan looks like that as well. There is a lot of metal work to be done. Check out that floor pan in the drivers door picture. Looks much worse than mine did I had to replace the part from the seat forward to the wall. This is rusted under the seat. Your gonna have to cut it all out and rebuild it from the frame up... if there is a frame.
