Some 57 and 58 Plymouths have a similar style. It may just the padding is different, but it looks like there is more dip in the dodges.. I know the Furys and most Belvedere 2HT's had them. They are sought after by the Christine car builders. Of course all you need is the driver side back. I have a standard style, if you are talented with pipe you could bend it to look correct, but it will take proper pipe bending tools as it is a tight radius. A few hours work by time you reattach the springs etc but might be worth a shot if you cant find one out there.
