Not sure about the trucks but I know that the RWD mid-80's 5th Avenue and Dodge Diplomat work. My NOS parts guy is running normal 5th Ave/Dodge Diplomat wheels on his 55 Dodge CR convertible which gave me the incentive to search out 85 Diplomat cop car wheels so I could fit wider radial tires on my 56 Dodge. Found a set with Dog dishes for US$200. Key requirement is the 4.5" bolt circle.

Location: NorCal | Another thing to consider is the center hole diameter, factory wheels measure 2.800"-2.810". Anything smaller obviously won't fit and anything larger depends on the lugs to center the wheel........some think this isn't desirable. |

Location: NY & VT | Thanks... good info, guys!
My main motivation is availability of new and reasonably priced radials to replace 8.50 x 14, not available anymore in P225/75R14 but is available still for 15" wheels, plus I alwys thought 14's seemed too small. Width would need to accommodate the afromentioned 225/75R15 tires (Firestone). No way do I want overpriced crappy repros from Co_ker (ugh) et al.

Location: Seville, OH | Some Ford wheels have a center hole only that is only slightly smaller than a MoPar hub. I used 68 Ford station wagon wheels on my 57 Dodge for a long time. Just had to open the center hole a tiny bit. |
