Expert Posts: 1267 Location: San Antonio TX | This is a very nice looking car and it looks as though whoever was restoring it was doing a good job. The downside is that it has no interior. Is the AC a stock system or aftermarket? https://dallas.craigslist.org/dal/cto/d/1958-plymouth-savoy-sport/6582192067.html

A/C compressor looks like a more modern "rotary" (multiple tiny pistons) compressor rather than the earlier two-piston V-twin "Harley-Davidson" style compressor. I wonder what the brake booster is? Looks nice and modern and like it lines up with the OE Master Cylinder rather than the OE accordian bellows.

Expert Posts: 3967 Location: DFW, TX | This car doesn't look too bad. Kennedale is about 30 minutes from my house. If someone is seriously interested in it, I could possibly check it out within the next week. (though we all know how quickly solid '58 Plymouths sell) Edited by 57burb 2018-05-07 8:26 PM

Expert 5K+ Posts: 6500 Location: Newark, Texas (Fort Worth) | Oh, that's Jerry's: I've seen it in person. $18,000 seems reasonable. It has factory A.C. with a newer compressor. He rebuilt the entire AC system. The color is a true sun flower yellow.

Member Posts: 14 Location: Las Vegas, NV | Friend saw the car. Misleading ad. Parts are there...but, not anywhere complete. Drive Shaft out Braking problems Cooling problems Power Steering problems Dash out - wires connected to a wood box under dash Fenders tacked down for photos No interior For this price, the car show be drivable. Has not left garage. Just a project.
