Expert Posts: 1267 Location: San Antonio TX | Someone really loved this thing, and put a ridiculous amount of money into restoring and upgrading a car most people wouldn't consider fixing up. Everything was rechromed, rebuilt, reupholstered, and repainted. Not a faithful factory restoration, but still a tasteful and well done job. Nice to see someone giving a sedan this much work and attention. https://denver.craigslist.org/cto/d/1960-plymouth-belvedere/6622214780.html

They don't do it for me with the Belvedere trim and dog-dish hubcaps. No biggie, she's still quite the car. Looks like she's missing a radio. Spectacular sedan. Pete

Expert 5K+ Posts: 8443 Location: Perth Australia | The restorer also missed the trims that go in front of the front wheel arch pieces When I was hunting those inserts, every set I saw for sale was missing them I was lucky because even though the previous owner of my Plymouth kept the inserts, like everyone else, he forgot the front parts I don't think I have ever seen the front parts for sale. Oh and by the way, I happen to like 4 doors...…

Restomods have to have performance upgrades, he just did 3 reliability and comfort upgrades... brakes dont count against restorations. The ac is a nice addon and you can easily get one of those fake covers for the altenator... Restos include engine beef ups, tranny and engine swaps and usually lots of chrome

There's way more than $19000 in this car. He's gonna have a tougher time selling it though just because of that B-pillar. I'm sure there's some sedan lover out there though that will scoop it up. Cheaper than restoring one to this level.
