I am curious of a "simple" solution to add a Dual master cylinder and just rework the front drum brakes? And a power booster. I am not intersted in disk conversion at this time...Any help would be appreciated.

There are some dual master cylinder leads in these threads:

I bought a Raybestos MC 36221 for my 56 Dodge

It would help us help you if you could identify which of these (in the diagram) best represents what you have at the moment:

This 55 Desoto (similar to your 55 Windsor) had the high mounted Power Brake system which was converted to a Chevy Vacuum booster and dual master:

For the low mounted single non-power brake master cylinder, a Chevy booster might create valve cover issues, especially on a hemi.

The power brake setups on the Chryslers work quite well and look really neat. All you need to do is get the setup from another car and mount it into yours. Big M has the the complete setup, I am pretty sure. In my '56 Plymouth the power brake option is quite rare, but I began to adapt a power brake option from a '56 Chrysler into it. I had to modify the pedal setup a little, but not that much.

For some reason I can NOT find the dual master cylinder/vacuum power brake retrofit photos of a 55 Dodge Custom Royal that I was sure that I have (had?). Sorry.

However, the other night, I took my 56 Dodge to a regular Thursday night (in the summer) ad hoc car show. At the show, there was a 55 or 56 Ford that had what looks to me the same set-up as the 55 Dodge had.

Similar to this&" booster Chevy II kit, but with a bracket:
