Hello everyone, relized that I never introduced myself or my car on here yet. My name is Brent, and im from Colorado. I am 18 and going to CSU this fall. I bought a 1957 Plymouth Belvedere 2 door hardtop about a week ago. It is a total project, just not sure how much trouble ive gotten myself into. Frame is rusted through, floors are gone, motor is locked up, rust and holes everywhere, the hood and roof are pitted pretty bad. It has been a dream car of mine for a long time and im really hoping that I can save it. If anyone has parts such as fenders, valences (front or rear), hood, etc for a good price, let me know. Ill post pics below if your intrested.

Talk to John Fowlie he is Big M here . He might be able to help you with some parts. Put Marvel Mystery oil in the spark plugs go and in the oil goes and let it set and see if it will free the engine.

Congrats! The 57 Plymouth is a beautiful car. I have a 1957 Belvedere sedan under restoration.

I second the recommend for Big M. He has great stuff and is a good person. Very fair prices.

If you have any questions this is a great forum and I would be happy to help. I am in year four of my resto.

Good luck!

A FYI, you have to downsize photos for them to show up.

I too recommend John (Big M) for parts. He's got a lot of parts and a great guy. I bought my '58 Belvedere from him, along with other parts.

Was your '57 the one listed on Craigslist a while back. Was it in Colorado, and a red/white car (I may be wrong)?
