This appears to be one of Ron's '56 Furys.

His ad says his wife is having serious health issues and he also has a bad back. It looks like he hasn't logged in for four months.

Here is one old thread where he describes his other '56. His posts are unmistakable. Quite a character!

Ron, if you read this, I wish you all the best! Have enjoyed reading your threads and posts here as long as I've been a member.

He's selling two of them at the same time. This is the other more original one with a 303 power pack motor.

Sad to see things like this. It reminds me that we are nearing the end of the era when some of us saw and fell in love with the new finned cars as they rolled off the transports. In a few more years it will be like model T Fords are today. The cars will still be around, but the original owners won't be. Ron's affection for his first '56 Fury, and his desire to find it again, were the inspiration for one part of my novel, so I feel a certain personal loss. I hope someone who appreciates the car and its history becomes the new owner, and I hope he is now, or will become, a member of this forum.
