He probably realised that he destroyed the car by poor workmanship and ignorance and now wants to get rid of it. I wish people would think first before they cut and weld such a rare car. Too many "garage shows" on TV that makes some **** believe they can fix a car in a few days. Body work in these areas requires skill and patience. Poor car. Edited by 1960fury 2018-09-06 8:33 AM

I'm not too familiar with body work so I'm not sure what I should be looking for in the pics.

It's a mess and usually pictures of such quality hide even bad flaws.

Expert 5K+ Posts: 9648 Location: So. Cal | It's sad but true that you can't trust the quality of rust repair when other people do it. So many people cut corners in a multitude of different ways. The only way to purchase this car is to see it in person to know exactly what you are getting into.

Expert 5K+ Posts: 7393 Location: northern germany | If seen people cut out whole quarters and wheel arches because of a few pinholes, then weld patch panels from another car (that could have been easily saved) as if they are welding heavy gauge steel plate. The result, warped panels as if the car was involved in a accident. Once the damage is done, it's done. In the end 2 cars are destroyed.

Oh ok, I see what you're looking at now. You're right, it's hard to tell with the pics being so low resolution. You'd think someone asking $11k for something would at least go out of their way to take clear pics.
