Definitely a sweet car. Seats have been redone. Also, surprised that there is no engine shot. Has it been repainted ?

Anyone think he has a stupid high reserve, just to determine what the value is ?

Wow! Reminds me of the DeSoto fender I bought from the CA desert. The rust was almost zero, with very slight surface rust in a few underside spots.
It has been in my Midwest not-humid basement for 15 years and has rusted far more there than the 45 years it spent outside in the desert.

Lived in Palm Springs.
Was priced at 22K$ around 4 weeks ago befoire it went to Mass.
