Does anyone make water pump rebuild kits for BB's. I am building a "numbers matching" engine.

The pulley will cover it, very little is visible and since they used a variety of different OE pumps anyway over the years, why not buy a new Mopar Performance aluminum unit? I'm not aware of any rebuild kits for OE 50s/60s pumps.

Some units have 5 blades and others have 8, I assume the more blades the more flow for a/c cars. maybe not

Yes, the 8-blades were used on A/C cars (and HP cars, at least in the later 60s).

I tried to see if I could find that kit. Had to go to the 1961 Mopar part catalog pdf and did not find it. I did find that the slant 6 water pump was 2196 910 so 2196 567 could be related to that pump.

That part number comes up in the 1960 parts manual as a front fender moulding package for a Chrysler Windsor.
