Im being told 16" wiper refills are no longer available...what do you guys say? My blade attaches directly to the arm and does not look like replacement 16 wipers will go on without hammering out the detent to get the old mechanism off. What have others done? thanks, billy

they are available.

the refills are just a flat blades... cut to length if needed

Search ASLAM on Amazon also.

your looking for 16 flat anco refills

Location: Gooding, ID		I was told the same thing so I bought the CLASSIC style wiper blades for my '59 DeSoto at Napa, then removed the refills and installed on my original wipers. Direct fit so no problem
