Just got my build sheet from Stellantis and I'm very excited to learn more about our car. If anyone could help to decode this broadcast sheet, I would be deeply appreciative. Looks like the car had at least a few options to it we hope to preserve with our restoration.

The data tag should look like this.
Could you post the image of original data tag to confirm that?

Here is the tag, not super easy to read as it's been painted over.

Because there is no engine code, that means the car would have come with a 318 motor is that correct?

Yes, that's right.
The engine code hidden in the Serial No. 5312...
Your is started at 5 (Dodge V8), and 4 was for Dodge with L6 engine

I had been deciphered your data tag already earlier.

There is no optional code punched in the 35x column “ENGINE AND POWER PACK”;
That’s confirmed too that your car has equipped with standard V8 318 Engine…

Here is a photo of the wheel covers that were with the car when we pulled it out. Are these the 'standard' covers?

I think not. Those are standard wheel covers.

Thank you all so much. This is great as we're trying to do as correct a restoration as we possibly can.

I saw the column 29x (POWER EQUIPMENT) is empty.
It is mean the car has NO power steering, brakes, seat, windows and door locks.
However I can’t help but ask:
Has the car have power steering and brakes?
What about Padded Instrument Panel?

Thanks.

May not be perfectly accurate because the car was heavily modified in the late 1960s, but from what we know, the car had stock power steering, but brakes, seats, windows, and door locks were all manual.
