I found a video about a 300B racing at Infineon Raceway and in that video, there was shot of its finned from brake drum.
I posted a link to the video in thethe "Cruisin's cool but who goes RACIN!?!?!?!"
thread and then I asked whether any one knew anything about the car and the brakes.

I would suggest that the drums are a race car item, probably from NASCAR in the early to mid-sixties.

That was an interesting brake set up...not for dirt though.
Would be fun to know if these drums were made 1956 or much later.
The driver of the 300B was quite serious..
I found a picture of the same drum where you can tell it says RUSKIN FLA on it . I believe Ruskin was the name of the town in Florida where Frankland Racing Equipment was located from 1947.
